Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted for 14 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, no refunds or exchanges will be granted.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.

1.2 Return cost & Special Conditions for First Orders

  • For first-time orders of juju hats, return shipping is covered by Karioska.
  • For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. There is no restocking fee applied.
  • The buyer is also liable for any loss of value if the item is not returned in its original condition.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and items on sale are non-refundable.
