1. Return Policy
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted for 14 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, no refunds or exchanges will be granted.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.
1.2 Return cost & Special Conditions for First Orders
- For first-time orders of juju hats, return shipping is covered by Karioska.
- For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. There is no restocking fee applied.
- The buyer is also liable for any loss of value if the item is not returned in its original condition.
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards and items on sale are non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Process
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 3 business days.
2.2 Late or Missing Refunds
- If your refund has not been received, check with your bank or credit card issuer, as processing times may vary.

3. Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for the first order or for items received damaged or defective.
- To request an exchange, email us at hello@karioska.com and send the item to the address above.
4. Gifts
- If an item was purchased with a gift card and returned, you will receive a gift credit of equal value once the returned item is received.
5. Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled. However, contact us promptly if the item has not yet been shipped.
